Colin Partington is an IRCA registered QMS Lead Auditor who has also passed the EMS and OHS Lead Auditor Transition courses and has recently passed the ISO 27001 Lead Auditor course. He has been delivering consultancy and training in quality management since the late 1980's and is a Director of Colin Partington Associates Ltd. A mechanical engineer by training, he has delivered more than 100 consultancy projects. These projects include a wide range of organisations ranging from a two man manufacturing company up to government IT departments with a staff of hundreds. Each project is individually tailored to suit the organisation's needs with the emphasis being placed on achieving the customer's desired outcomes with the minimum of disruption to their business.

He has designed and maintained a number of IRCA registered courses and has delivered hundreds of courses, both in the UK and overseas in quality, environmental and OHS management since the late 1980's. Examples of courses provided are; internal and external auditing, awareness courses, system development/improvement, continual improvement, how to be a quality manager and customer satisfaction. Colin's past achievements include managing the training division for one of the UK's leading 3rd party certification organisations. He currently conducts certification audits for various certification bodies and has extensive experience working at home and abroad.
